SACRAMENTO, Calif. (TNND) — Famed Olympian and media personality Caitlyn Jenner on Monday teased a potential bid for California governor, saying she would "destroy" Vice President Kamala Harris.

Caitlyn Jenner predicted that she would "destroy" Vice President Kamala Harris if she ran for governor of California in 2026. "If I ran, and it was ultimately against Harris, I would destroy her," Jenner wrote on social media on Monday.

Caitlyn Jenner has hinted that a 2026 gubernatorial run could be in the cards, posting a statement on X that said, “MAKE CA GREAT AGAIN.”

Jenner, a longtime supporter of President-elect Donald Trump, asked her followers on social media platform X whether she should run for governor in 2026 after Gov. Gavin Newsom’s term is done. She lost her long-shot bid for the governorship during the 2021 California gubernatorial recall election, where voters ultimately chose not to recall Newsom.

A source close to Jenner told Newsweek that the former Olympic athlete has not ruled out another bid for the governor's office.

Caitlyn Jenner appears to still have her eye on attaining political office. Regular readers will remember that Jenner previously entered the recall race for Governor of California in 2021. She grabbed just 1% of the vote.
