"Grand Canyon National Park is implementing mandatory water conservation measures for the South Rim, effective immediately," a statement from the National Park Service (NPS) said on Tuesday.

The National Park Service is once again ordering water restrictions in part of Grand Canyon National Park due to a pipeline break, affecting the park's water supply.

Water restrictions are in place for the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park after a water pipeline broke near North Kaibab Trail, park officials announced. These conservation measures are taking effect immediately and will be in place until the pipeline is repaired.
