A State of Emergency which was declared in DeKalb County on Wednesday has been lifted. DeKalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson says road conditions have improved significantly across the county. County officials say residents are still being encouraged to remain cautious, especially during the evening and overnight hours.
