Three U.S. Army soldiers were onboard a BlackHawk helicopter that collided with a passenger jet near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, U.S. officials said on Wednesday.

Elon Musks team has taken control of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), restricting senior career officials access to critical databases containing sensitive personal data of millions of federal employees.

Officials affected by the move can still log on and access email but can no longer see the massive datasets that cover the federal workforce.
