FORT SMITH, Ark. — The Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) reported that there was a vehicle-pedestrian crash near Jenny Lind Road and South P Street at around 7 p.m. on Dec. 1. According to police, some people involved in the crash have possibly life-threatening injuries.
