Rhyder Tettleton is accused in court documents of causing the death of his brother, who has not yet been named, by shooting a firearm in his direction and striking his abdomen.

Tomball teen Rhyder Tettleton, 17, appeared in court Tuesday morning for a manslaughter charge in his 16-year-old brother's death.

A 16-year-old boy was shot to death in Tomball early Monday morning, and authorities say his older brother will be charged in the shooting.
