WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas — Multiple guns and improvised explosive devices were found in a suspicious van in a White Settlement neighborhood Tuesday morning, police said. According to the White Settlement Police Department, officers responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle in the 9200 block of Jason Lane at about 5:29 a.m.
