The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Nikita Singhania, who sought to have the FIR against her quashed. The FIR was lodged at a local police station in Bengaluru following the suicide of her husband, Atul Subhash, on December 9, 2024. In his suicide note, Subhash accused his wife and in-laws of harassment.
