HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - Hartford police said they are looking into an apparent kidnapping. Lt. Aaron Boisvert from Hartford police said the kidnapping involved a woman. Boisvert said the vehicle was a 2009 Huyndai SantaFe bearing Rhode Island registration number 1YD592 on the plates.
