PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida — A violent altercation at a public golf course this week in Palm Beach Gardens left one man dead and another facing a first-degree murder charge.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (WPEC) — A West Palm Beach murder suspect is accused of beating a man with a golf club and choking him on hole one of the golf course.

Investigators say the man in custody hit Brian Hiltebritel with a golf club and then choked him as they fought in a pond at Sandhill Crane Golf Club.

PALM BEACH GARDENS - A West Palm Beach man is accused of beating to death a 65-year-old man with a golf club, choking him on the first hole of a public golf course and holding his head in a pond, police said.

A Loxahatchee, Fla., man is under arrest and accused of randomly attacking and killing another man at a Palm Beach Gardens golf course on Monday.
