A 20-year-old man has been found dead after a worried friend reported him overdue for an ice-fishing outing, Wisconsin officials say.

Seats Inc. wants to construct a 74,000-square-foot addition on the west side of its existing facility at 701 N. Lincoln St. in Spring Hill, Kansas. After winning approval from city planners last week, the Spring Hill City Council is scheduled to review a site plan for the expansion Jan. 23.

While there’s little snow to plow in southeast Wisconsin, a team of local snowplow drivers has been battling a historic blizzard more than 500 miles away in Kansas City.
