At noon today, Donald Trump took the presidential oath for a second time, capping a historic political comeback to the White House. As he did on the campaign trail, Trump painted a dark picture of America and took aim at President Joe Biden's leadership as his predecessor sat just steps away.

For her final appearance as Vice President, Kamala Harris returned to the codes that defined her professional style over the course of the Biden-Harris administration. Harris attended a customary stop on President Donald Trump's second Inauguration Day on Jan.

The inauguration took place indoors at the Capitol Rotunda due to an Arctic blast that brought extremely cold temperatures to the country’s capital Washington D.C.
