AC/DC last played at Ford Field in September 2015 as part of its "Rock or Bust World Tour." The group also performed at the Palace of Auburn Hills in September 2016, with Guns N' Roses' Axl Rose filling in for vocalist Brian Johnson, who departed the band because of hearing issues.

Angus Young and Brian Johnson will lead the high-wattage rock band on a 13-city stadium tour in 2025, including an April visit to Ford Field.

The rock legends will perform inside the Motor City's biggest venue on its latest tour, which comes 50 years after the group's debut album.
