Min Hee-jin filed a defamation case against two reporters from entertainment media outlet Dispatch, as well as HYBE's ex-CEO Park Ji-won and HYBE PR chief Park Tae-hee, her legal representation Shin & Kim said Monday.

Min Hee-jin announced in a statement that she will resign from NewJeans label ADOR label after months of battling and lawsuits between the ex-CEO and K-pop company HYBE.

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has denied allegations that she orchestrated the termination of NewJeans’ exclusive contract with ADOR, taking legal action in response. On the 2nd, Dispatch reported that Min Hee Jin allegedly used NewJeans to break away from the label.
