An upset-filled Week 12 shook up the 2025 NFL Draft order, with new teams holding the first and second overall picks. Chad Reuter goes through all the Round 1 changes and identifies each team's biggest needs.

Finishing with five or six wins would virtually guarantee that the Bears end up with something better than the 14th pick. For context, the Chargers were the only team last year to finish 5-12, and that slotted them in at the fifth pick. The Giants and Titans both went 6-11 last year, and they picked sixth and seventh.

The draft champion. With almost 12 weeks of football in the books, the Jacksonville Jaguars keep the inside track at holding the NFL's No. 1 selection when the draft heads to Green Bay in April. They won't have an easy path there though.
