PS Plus Premium now offers PS2 classics Sly 2, Sly 3, and Jak and Daxter. PS Plus Premium provides access to a large library of retro games. More games are expected to come on December 17. The latest update to the PlayStation Plus Premium tier has added three classic PS2 games to the lineup.

Sony is still celebrating the 30th anniversary of PlayStation, with today's update shining a light on PS2 classics now live on PS Plus Premium in a bonus drop for the service. Available to download now in the UK and Europe, with availability rolling out to the USA later in the day, the three games are:

Sony has announced more PlayStation 2 games are coming to PS Plus’ Classics Catalog next month, and the lineup includes two of the best platformers ever released on the console: 2004's Sly 2: Band of Thieves and 2005's Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. Oh, and of course, some other stuff will be arriving in December for all PS Plus subscribers, too.

The Playstation 2 was the pinnacle of gaming when it was released, and some of its games are still remembered as the best of all time.
