Student shot in the leg near Reynolds High School, district confirms
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — There is a police presence at Reynolds High School on Tuesday evening, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office. Winston-Salem police and deputies are responding to an incident at the school on Northwest Boulevard.
Sheriff: Winston-Salem high school student shot near parking lot after fight
An RJ Reynolds High School student was shot Tuesday afternoon on school grounds near the parking lot. Forsyth County Emergency Services said the juvenile was shot in the area of West Northwest Boulevard in Winston-Salem. The school was placed on lockdown and students were later reunited with their parents at Harris Teeter on Cloverdale Avenue.
