KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said it is investigating a fight that happened at Glenn High School in Kernersville last week.

An RJ Reynolds High School student was shot Tuesday afternoon on school grounds near the parking lot. Forsyth County Emergency Services said the juvenile was shot in the area of West Northwest Boulevard in Winston-Salem. The school was placed on lockdown and students were later reunited with their parents at Harris Teeter on Cloverdale Avenue.
