Hannah Kobayashi was involved in many creative and entrepreneurial projects before the 30-year-old disappeared this month. She was headed to New York to photograph a performance, but never got on a flight she was supposed to take,

The 31-year-old had texted a friend saying she "got tricked into pretty much giving away all my funds," before a follow-up claimed she was supposedly hoodwinked “for someone I thought I loved.”

The 31-year-old missing Hawaii woman's family has been examining her previous text messages, social media posts, Venmo transactions and some security footage to figure out what happened.
